In its authentic appearance and in the quality of its service, however, it captures the values and the atmosphere of a traditional bar. Open for tea and coffee from 10am (and licensed from 11am), it is busy throughout the day, whether in the spacious main area or in the two snugs, which can be reserved at no cost for parties of up to 30 or 40. The six televisions and one big screen show football, rugby and other sports from two Sky boxes. It's a popular daytime destination for families: children are welcome until 3pm (6pm on Sunday).
